Why did I make the SIMPLY STRONGER program?
Simply Stronger is by no means the only way to get into better shape. Anything you do that gets you stronger and healthier, that is safe, and that you enjoy doing will be good for you. As long as you are doing it in a safe and progressive way, any exercise program has its benefits. As long as you feel you are healthy enough to start a program, there is no need to worry about injury, so check with your doctor if you're not sure, or feel better about getting the ok from him or her.
I decided to offer this program because out of all the things I've studied and taught, exercising this way is the simplest, most applicable, and most practical I've seen to date.
I am a certified personal training specialist with CanFit Pro, and am also a professional Masso-Kinesitherapist with over 15 years experience working with people in both clinical and private settings, as a massage therapist and kinesitherapist, a tai chi, kung fu, yoga and qigong teacher. I have taught various exercises to patients and clients as part of their rehabilitation or pain management treatment. I am a member of a professional order of massage therapists (the F.Q.M.), certified and fully insured.
