With Simply Stronger, I can help you get a lot stronger in a very short period of time.
After about 10 sessions you'll know the program so well, you'll probably be able to do it on your own - if you choose. After your first Introductory sessions, if you feel like you can do it on your own, well great! We'll make sure you have everything you need to go solo!
One-on-One training is always available However, if you want to continue being coached, I am always willing to train you for as long as you need.

I am now in my 2nd month of the program, I can acknowledge that I feel healthier and stronger as each week ends.
I have been exercising and going to the gym for over 40 years, however I was never completely satisfied with my workouts, nor did I see or feel the results I was looking for. Working with Randall has proved to be beneficial on many levels. When I first saw Randall with a client at the gym I attend, he peaked my interest. After further reading his flyer “Simply Stronger” I decided to give the program a try.
Randall has given me a new outlook on training. He has taught me how to adjust each machine I use, how to set the machine according to weight, height of the chair, posture, breathing techniques, most importenly how to successfully execuite the exercise, how to push myself to my maximum potential while strengthen the muscles associated with the exercise. Randall is a true professional with many years of experience and it shows through with his motivational dialogue, on how the body and brain work together with each new challenge.
I am 100% satisfied. I encourage and recommend people of all ages to give “Simply Stronger” a try.
