To this already special situation, I intend to upgrade Le Sélection Ile des Soeurs fitness center to a “well-being” studio by adding new exercise equipment and by offering my Simply Stronger Program!

I will be bringing to the fitness center eight exercise machines as well as personalized training programs that are effective and safe and which require only a limited amount of your time.

The space shown below will be where I will be putting the equipment!
